Das Zentrum Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie ambulant (Zentrumsleiterin Dr. med. Katrin Hanno) ist Teil der Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (Klinikdirektor Prof. Dr. med. Marc Walter). Mit seinen fünf Standorten (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen und Zofingen) bietet es eine wohnortnahe psychiatrische Versorgung für die Bevölkerung im Kanton Aargau an. Zum Zentrum gehören vier Ambulatorien mit Spezialsprechstunden, Gruppentherapien und Arbeitscoaching sowie vier Tageszentren, in denen Patientinnen und Patienten im Erwachsenenalter behandelt werden. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Zentrum die beiden Tageskliniken in Aarau und Baden sowie die «Praxis für Ihre psychische Gesundheit» in Zofingen.

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Sie schätzen die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit und übernehmen zugleich gerne eigenständig Verantwortung für Ihren Bereich
  • Sie überzeugen mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, sicherem Auftreten und Belastbarkeit und interessieren sich für die Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen
  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld mit, idealerweise in der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen
  • Sie kennen das Sozialversicherungssystem gut und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der beruflichen Wiedereingliederung
  • Sie nutzen gängige Office-Anwendungen sicher, arbeiten organisiert und administrativ versiert und formulieren stilsicher auf Deutsch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen Erwachsene mit psychischen Erkrankungen in komplexen sozialen Belangen, durch Abklärung, Beratung und aktive Unterstützung bei der beruflichen Wiedereingliederung, sowie in den Bereichen Finanzen, Sozialversicherungen, Administration und Wohnen
  • Als Sozialarbeiter/in sind Sie ein tragendes Mitglied unseres interprofessionellen Behandlungsteams, in welchem eine enge Zusammenarbeit gepflegt wird - in der direkten Zusammenarbeit am Patienten, sowie indirekt im Rahmen von Fallbesprechungen, Rapporten und Teamsitzungen
  • Sie vertreten punktuell andere Sozialarbeitende des Zentrums für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Ambulant und werden bei Abwesenheit vertreten
