Ihre Aufgaben

Als Key Account Manager sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden und verantworten die Betreuung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Partnerschaften. Sie repräsentieren PSZ gegenüber den Kunden als „One Face to the Customer“ und sorgen für eine konsistente und transparente Kommunikation über alle Projektphasen hinweg.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben im Überblick:

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Key Accounts im Bereich Kabelkonfektionen und Kabelsysteme
  • Akquisition neuer Kunden und Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner (SPOC) für zugeordnete Kunden nach dem One Face to the Customer-Prinzip
  • Gruppenweite Koordination interner Fachabteilungen (Entwicklung, Projektmanagement, Qualität, Produktion, Logistik)
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, technische Beratung und Vertragsvorbereitung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Liefertreue und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Analyse von Trends und Kundenanforderungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Bertriebsstrategien

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb – idealerweise im Bereich Kabelkonfektionen, Kabelsysteme oder Baugruppenfertigung
  • Fundierte Marktkenntnisse und technisches Verständnis von Verbindungssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft (national und international)
