  • Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Studi Maritim, Transportasi Laut, Teknik Kelautan, Arsitektur Angkatan Laut, Logistik, Manajemen Bisnis, atau bidang terkait. Gelar Magister (S2) di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau disiplin terkait merupakan nilai tambah.
  • Minimal 10-15 tahun pengalaman relevan di industri pelayaran, maritim, atau transportasi laut. Setidaknya 5 tahun di posisi manajemen senior atau kepemimpinan (cth: General Manager Operasional, Kepala Operasional, Manajer Operasional Armada, atau peran setara).
  • Pengalaman sebelumnya di perusahaan pelayaran (shipping line), pemilik kapal, perusahaan manajemen kapal, atau perusahaan transportasi laut sangat diutamakan. Pengalaman dalam mengelola berbagai jenis armada kapal atau operasi multi-lokasi. Memiliki jaringan yang luas dalam industri maritim dan pelayaran Indonesia. Pengalaman dalam pengembangan armada, transformasi operasional, dan inisiatif pertumbuhan bisnis Job Description:
  • Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi operasional, kebijakan, prosedur, dan rencana kerja tahunan yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan.
  • Memimpin dan mengawasi operasional pelayaran harian, termasuk penugasan kapal, perencanaan pelayaran, penjadwalan, dan utilisasi armada.
  • Memastikan koordinasi yang lancar dan efektif antara Departemen Operasional dengan Departemen Teknik, Komersial, Keuangan, Pengadaan, SDM/HRD, Crewing, dan departemen terkait lainnya.
  • Menetapkan Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPI) operasional, memantau kinerja secara berkala, dan mengimplementasikan tindakan korektif untuk mencapai target operasional.
  • Mengidentifikasi risiko operasional, mengembangkan rencana mitigasi, dan memastikan kelangsungan bisnis.
  • Mengelola dan mengendalikan anggaran operasional tahunan serta mengoptimalkan biaya pelayaran, biaya pelabuhan, biaya keagenan, konsumsi bahan bakar, dan pengeluaran operasional lainnya.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan operasional terhadap peraturan maritim Indonesia yang berlaku, konvensi internasional, kebijakan perusahaan, dan persyaratan pelanggan.
  • Mengawasi implementasi dan pemeliharaan sistem manajemen keselamatan yang relevan, termasuk ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, dan standar maritim lainnya.
