Du bist verantwortlich für das Finance-Team der pub.tech und übernimmst ein breites Aufgabenspektrum in einer agilen Umgebung. Deine Aufgaben bieten eine hohe Vielfalt und beinhalten Themen wie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, projektbezogene Wochen- und Monats-Reportings, Forecasts, Planungen und Analysen ebenso wie die Steuerung der externen Buchhaltung. Du entwickelst das Finance-Team persönlich und inhaltlich laufend weiter und sorgst für den kontinuierlichen Ausbau und die Optimierung der kaufmännischen Instrumente, Prozesse und Methoden.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Finance-Teams
  • Business-Partner für CEO und CFO sowie für alle Mitarbeitenden
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente und -Methoden
  • Steuerung der externen Buchhaltung
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -kontrolle, Steuerung des Belegflusses zur Buchhaltung
  • Ausbau der produkt- und projektbezogenen Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
  • Definition und Ermittlung von Unternehmens- sowie produkt- und projektbezogenen KPI
  • Laufende Analysen von Kostenstrukturen und Leistungskennzahlen, Schaffung von Transparenz bzgl. Potenzialen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Projektbezogenes Reporting für die agilen Entwicklungsteams in laufender enger Abstimmung mit den Projekt-Teams
  • Proaktives Controlling durch frühzeitige Abweichungs- und Erfolgsanalysen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Monatsabschlüsse und turnusmäßiges Reporting auf Unternehmens- und Projektebene
  • Forecasts und operative/taktische sowie strategische Planung im engen Schulterschluss mit CEO und CFO

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Vertiefungen in den Themengebieten Finanzen und Controlling
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in vergleichbarer Position
  • Vorzugsweise ergänzt um Erfahrungen im Projektcontrolling
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Finanzsoftware (SAP, Datev, Lexware, o.ä.), BI-Systemen (Power BI o.ä.) und MS Excel
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, Teams)
  • Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse im agilen Arbeiten sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit, proaktives und selbständiges Arbeiten
