  • Experience supporting employees and managers in a multi-site or international organization.
  • Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Experience handling sensitive workplace concerns and confidential information.
  • Strong judgment and ability to identify when an issue requires escalation.
  • Ability to coach managers through difficult people and accountability processes.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Clear, practical, and professional communication style.
  • Ability to work independently and partner effectively across functions.
  • Experience with Workday, Deel, or similar systems preferred.
  • Experience in technology, gaming, entertainment, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite from the Bellevue studio Monday-Friday.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
