Als Senior Consultant Finance & Transformation (w/m/d) nimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle ein: Du begleitest Kunden auf Augenhöhe dabei, ihre Finanzprozesse aus der klassischen SAP-Landschaft in moderne S/4HANA Cloud-Lösungen zu überführen und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business-Anforderungen und IT. Dabei verbindest du betriebswirtschaftliches Prozessverständnis mit Moderationskompetenz, treibst Kundeninitiativen im Pre-Sales voran und gestaltest Best-Practice-Lösungen von morgen.

Das wirst du tun

  • Themenaufbau & Pre-Sales: Du bringst deine Expertise proaktiv in Pre-Sales-Phasen und Discovery-Workshops ein und begeisterst Kunden für modernste Cloud-ERP-Ansätze im Rahmen von GROW with SAP.
  • Fit-to-Standard & Workshop-Moderation: Du bereitest Fit-to-Standard-Workshops vor, moderierst diese (u. a. entlang des SAP Process Navigators und SAP Signavio) und bewertest Prozessabweichungen methodisch (Delta-Scoping).
  • Prozessberatung & Record-to-Report: Du übersetzt betriebswirtschaftliche Anforderungen in standardnahe End-to-End-Finanzprozesse (Record-to-Report: u. a. Haupt-/Nebenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung).
  • Funktionale Konfiguration: Über moderne Cloud-Werkzeuge wie SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) richtest du die Prozesse passgenau und konsistent im S/4HANA Cloud-Standard ein.
  • Integrations- & Clean-Core-Design: Du konzipierst standardnahe Erweiterungen nach dem Clean-Core-Prinzip und stimmst Integrationsszenarien mit angrenzenden Bereichen (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) sowie der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ab.
  • Datenmigration & Testmanagement: Du berätst Kunden bei der Datenbereinigung und -migration (z. B. mit dem SAP Migration Cockpit) und nutzt moderne Plattformen wie SAP Cloud ALM für die Erstellung von Testfällen und die UAT-Begleitung.
  • Change Enablement & Hypercare: Du führst praxisnahe Key-User-Trainings durch, verankerst das Cloud-Mindset beim Kunden und sicherst eine verlässliche Go-Live- und Hypercare-Phase.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in SAP-Einführungs- oder Transformationsprojekten mit klarem Fokus auf Finanz- und Controllingprozesse (FI/CO). Erste Berührungspunkte mit S/4HANA Cloud (Public oder Private Edition) sind von Vorteil.
  • Du verstehst betriebswirtschaftliche Kernabläufe und hast Freude daran, Kunden partnerschaftlich von praxiserprobten Standardprozessen (Standard-First-Ansatz) zu überzeugen.
  • Idealerweise bist du bereits vertraut mit der Implementierungsmethodik SAP Activate für Cloud-Umgebungen und arbeitest gerne agil (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen wie SAP Signavio, SAP CBC, SAP Cloud ALM oder dem SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Schnittstellen zu Logistikprozessen (z. B. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) und die Integrationsmöglichkeiten der SAP BTP runden dein Profil fachlich ab.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Zertifizierungen im SAP Cloud-Umfeld (z. B. SAP Certified Associate – S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Financial Accounting oder SAP Activate) – falls nicht, unterstützen wir dich gerne beim Erwerb.
  • Du moderierst Workshops souverän, trittst vor Fachbereich, IT-Entscheidungsträgern sowie Management empathisch und überzeugend auf und kannst komplexe Themen verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du hast Lust, ein wachsendes Team fachlich mit aufzubauen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und bringst hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist mit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
