Als Senior Consultant Google Workspace (w/m/d) verbindest du technisches Know-how mit starker Beratungskompetenz. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für die IT-Abteilungen unserer Kunden: Du verstehst ihre Anforderungen, entwirfst passende Architekturen, erklärst die Hintergründe auf Augenhöhe und setzt die Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Team auch direkt technisch um.

Das wirst du tun

  • Technische Beratung & Workshops: Du berätst die IT-Teams unserer Kunden eigenverantwortlich zu allen Facetten von Google Workspace, erarbeitest individuelle Strategien und führst praxisnahe Workshops (z. B. zu Security & Governance) durch.
  • Konzeption & Architektur: Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Sicherheits-, Rechte- und Rollenkonzepte, planst Identity- & Access-Management-Lösungen (SSO) und erstellst fundierte technische Dokumentationen.
  • Presales & Enablement: Als Presales Driver unterstützt du unser Vertriebsteam in der Angebotsphase mit technischer Expertise und überzeugenden Lösungsansätzen.
  • Projektausführung & Migration: Du begleitest Migrationsprojekte (z. B. von M365) konzeptionell und setzt diese gemeinsam im Squad um – inklusive Device Management (MDM) und Compliance-Setups (Google Vault, DLP).
  • Support & Bereitschaft: Im Rahmen unserer rotierenden Rufbereitschaft unterstützt du bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs für unsere Bestandskunden.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Google Workspace- oder Microsoft 365-Umfeld (z. B. als IT-Consultant, Systems Engineer oder Fachinformatiker).
  • Beratungsstärke auf IT-Ebene: Als Tech Enthusiast kommunizierst du souverän mit IT-Verantwortlichen, moderierst Workshops strukturiert und übersetzt technische Komplexität in klare Konzepte.
  • Mindset: Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentality, arbeitest selbstständig und zeichnest dich als pragmatischer Problem Solver aus.
  • Tech-Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit der Google Admin Console und modernen Security-Standards. Migrationserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in Skripting oder Tools (CloudM, GAM, AvePoint) sind ein großes Plus.
  • Sichere Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Drive: Du überzeugst mit Ergebnisorientierung und der Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem diversen Team.
