Als Senior Google Workspace Engineer (w/m/d) gestaltest du das technische Fundament für die digitale Zusammenarbeit unserer Kunden. Als Digital Native löst du knifflige technische Aufgaben im Hintergrund und verwandelst Konzepte in funktionierende, sichere und hochperformante IT-Realitäten.

Das wirst du tun

  • Implementierung & Migration: Du führst anspruchsvolle technische Migrationen (z. B. aus M365) durch und baust die Google Workspace Infrastruktur direkt auf – inklusive Identity Management (SSO) und Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Engineering & Skripting: Du richtest die Google Admin Console ein, konfigurierst Security- & Compliance-Policies (DLP, Vault) und nutzt Skripte oder APIs (z. B. GAM), um Abläufe effizient zu automatisieren.
  • Technische Konzeption: Du erarbeitest detaillierte Architektur-, Rollen- und Sicherheitskonzepte und hältst deine technischen Setups sauber in Dokumentationen fest.
  • Support & Bereitschaft: Du bearbeitest tiefergehende Support-Anfragen (2nd/3rd-Level), löst komplexe Infrastruktur-Probleme der Kunden-IT und nimmst an der rotierenden Rufbereitschaft teil.
  • Presales-Support & Deep-Dive-Workshops: Du stehst als Technical Specialist bei Presales-Fragen zur Seite und führst technische Workshops auf Kundenseite durch.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Administration und im Engineering von Google Workspace oder Microsoft 365 (Fachinformatiker, Systemadministrator o. Ä.).
  • Umsetzungsstärke: Du zeichnest dich durch eine klare Hands-on Mentality aus, packst technische Themen eigenverantwortlich an und durchdenkst Systeme bis ins Detail.
  • Tech-Know-how: Exzellente Kenntnisse der Google Admin Console, Security-Features und Identity-Prozesse. Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen und/oder Migrationstools (CloudM, GAM, RClone, Syncovery) sind von Vorteil.
  • Mindset & Kommunikation: Du bist ein analytischer Problem Solver, der direkt, pragmatisch und zielgerichtet mit den IT-Teams unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe kommuniziert.
  • Sichere Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Drive: Du überzeugst mit Ergebnisorientierung und der Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem diversen Team.
