The posting

Company description At Saatchi we believe in creating ideas that can live anywhere. And we believe that when we work as a team, nothing is impossible. We strive to bring out the best in each other and in ourselves and expect applicants to understand the value of close collaboration. We also believe that creating transformational work requires initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit and a bold commitment to achieving measurable results and business success for the Clients we service. Overview Saatchi is putting AI agents to work on the tasks that slows its people down. Agents are live with departments today and more are in build. The ideas and the appetite are not the constraint. The engineering underneath is: the flows, connectors, document generation, permissions and security reviews every agent has to pass before anyone can use it. You are the person who makes that engineering hold. Why this role: Help shape the engineering standards behind a growing agentic practice, with room to influence how solutions are built, released and supported. Responsibilities The runtime. Every shipped agent's flows, connections, solutions and environments, and the answer when one breaks. Make failures visible through useful logging, monitoring and alerts; build integrations that handle retries, timeouts and partial failures safely. The plumbing an agent cannot do for itself: custom connectors, Azure Functions, document generation, and the reads and writes into the systems people already work in (SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Teams). Build reusable services, connectors and patterns so each new agent does not require its own version of the same plumbing. Release discipline: source control, export and compare, one change at a time, and always a way back. Build repeatable tests for flows, integrations and agent behavior, including failure cases, permissions boundaries and regression checks before release. Design agents with appropriate access boundaries, human approval for consequential actions and a clear record of what they did. Drive work through ambiguity and competing priorities: identify the next move, chase down dependencies and decisions, and keep teams and stakeholders accountable until the outcome is delivered. The doors: data loss prevention, connector approvals, app registrations and permissions, and the security architecture reviews, working with IT and security partners. Qualifications 3 to 5 years building and supporting production solutions on the Microsoft stack. Built and shipped Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, and ideally Copilot Studio) into production inside a governed corporate tenant, not only a sandbox. Dataverse, solutions and environment-based release management. Custom connectors and at least one other Azure service in production, such as Azure Functions or Azure Storage. Microsoft Entra identity: app registrations, permissions, managed identities. Taken something through a security or architecture review and come out the other side with it running. Fluent in Python, and comfortable reading and editing JSON and YAML (flow definitions, agent topics, configuration). A proven track record of managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision, while driving accountability across teams and stakeholders. High intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to rapidly evaluate, learn and apply emerging AI and automation technologies to evolving business challenges. Source control (Git) as a daily habit. Nice to have Copilot Studio agents with generative orchestration and agent flows in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Azure Functions in Python; TypeScript; Office Scripts; Microsoft Graph. Experience in an agency, production or other creative environment. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
