Overview Job Description: Associate - E-commerce Location: Mumbai / Gurugram About Publicis Media, a part of Publicis Groupe, is a full-service media agency delivering integrated digital and media solutions across industries. We help brands drive visibility, engagement, and business growth through data-driven strategies and innovative media solutions. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto. • Manage sponsored ads, product listings, keyword targeting, bidding, and campaign budgets. • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, including ROAS, ACOS, sales, conversions, CTR, and CPC. • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports, dashboards, and review presentations. • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, search rankings, sales, and return on advertising spend. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to support campaign planning. • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery. • Recommend optimization strategies based on campaign performance and business objectives. • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging quick commerce opportunities. Skills / Competencies / Experience • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, marketplace advertising, or performance marketing. • Hands-on exposure to Amazon Ads and/or Flipkart Ads is preferred. • Understanding of quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart is an advantage. • Knowledge of campaign metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and sales performance. • Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and preparation of performance reports. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
