Panoramica Stiamo cercando una figura biddable che si occuperà di gestire con crescente autonomia attività e flussi operativi legati alle campagne digital, diventando un punto di riferimento operativo per il monitoraggio delle performance e il coordinamento delle attività quotidiane. Il ruolo sviluppa ownership sulle campagne assegnate e maggiore capacità di lettura dei dati. Responsabilità • Gestire in autonomia task e attività operative ricorrenti • Monitorare KPI e andamento delle campagne digital • Aggiornare tool di tracking, dashboard e reportistica • Collaborare con team interni per garantire qualità e continuità della delivery • Supportare l’analisi dei dati e l’identificazione di insight operativi • Gestire il coordinamento operativo quotidiano delle attività assegnate • Supportare la risoluzione di criticità operative di primo livello Qualifiche •1–3 anni di esperienza in digital media o performance marketing • Conoscenza operativa dei flussi digital e media performance • Capacità base di analisi KPI e interpretazione dati • Familiarità con strumenti di tracking e reporting • Buona gestione organizzativa delle attività SOFT SKILS • Crescente senso di ownership e responsabilità nelle attività gestite • Capacità di definire le priorità e rispettare le scadenze • Flessibilità operativa e adattabilità al cambiamento • Attitudine collaborativa e orientamento al lavoro di team • Capacità di recepire il feedback e trasformarlo in miglioramento operativo • Approccio strutturato alla gestione delle attività quotidiane Informazioni aggiuntive Informazioni aggiuntive Ci impegniamo a creare un contesto in cui le persone possano sviluppare il proprio potenziale e costruire un percorso di crescita nel tempo.
