Descriptif du poste Recommandation & construction de la stratégie Amazon Diagnostiquer les enjeux, attentes et objectifs business des clients Évaluer la présence de la marque, sa performance et son positionnement sur la plateforme Construire la recommandation globale Amazon 360 sur les différents axes d’optimisation et leviers de croissance Traduire les objectifs business (sell-out, part de marché, ROAS, rentabilité) en stratégies activables Définir la stratégie Amazon adaptée au client et piloter la production des expertises associées : Le cas échéant, modèle de vente (1P, 3P, hybride) Stratégie de contenus et de visuels SEO et optimisation des fiches produits Stratégies Retail Media full-funnel en lien, le cas échéant, avec la stratégie media digitale pilotée par les agences Publicis Stratégie commerciale / assortiment et activation promotionnelle Challenger les briefs clients afin de les rendre activables par les équipes média, content et opérations Formaliser des recommandations claires, structurées et actionnables Management direct d’un ou plusieurs consultants de la BU Consulting Encadrer la production de consultants junior sur l’offre de services consulting Bizon ((Business review, audits, veille concurrentielle, analyses adhoc…) Optimiser les process de productions et l’automatisation des livrables consulting (outils internes, Profitero, Pacvue Commerce…) Accompagner la montée en expertise et le parcours de carrière de consultant(s) junior ou confirmé(s) Présentation, storytelling & pilotage client Présenter les audits et la stratégie au client Expliquer et défendre les recommandations formulées Porter le storytelling et la pédagogie côté client Être un référent senior en rendez-vous clients, notamment lors des récurrences stratégiques (QBR / ABR) Assurer le management de la relation client au quotidien Garantir la qualité des livrables et le bon niveau de satisfaction client Déploiement & accompagnement des comptes Accompagner les clients sur le court, moyen et long terme Piloter la mise en œuvre des recommandations définies Coordonner les expertises internes autour de problématiques spécifiques Adapter le niveau de servicing selon la taille et le profil des clients (temps passé, priorités business, enjeux spécifiques) Suivre la performance des actions mises en place et ajuster les plans si nécessaire Être garant de la cohérence globale de l’accompagnement Amazon 360 Développement commercial & contribution BU Consulting et plus largement Bizon : Identifier et analyser les opportunités commerciales internes suite aux recommandations formulées Coordonner, de concert avec les lead practices, les expertises internes dans une logique d’upsell sur les clients existants Participer au développement commercial de la BU Consulting Contribuer au chiffre d’affaires et à la marge de l’agence Participer à la structuration et à la montée en valeur de l’offre Consulting Qualifications Vous avez 6/8 ans d’expérience derrière vous, idéalement en agence ou start-up média, accompagnement digital ou e-commerce Vous avez une capacité de synthèse ainsi qu’un esprit analytique Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et de prise d’initiative Vous faites preuve d’une excellente aisance orale Vous maîtrisez PowerPoint / Google Slide (ou un équivalent) Vous maîtrisez les formules générales et avancées d’Excel Vous parlez Anglais (>C1) Vous avez soif d’apprendre et de relever de nouveaux challenges
