Descripción del puesto Buscamos perfiles que puedan generar estrategias de retail media con planes de inversión sugeridos que eficienten presupuestos y persigan los objetivos del cliente. Haciendo seguimiento end to end de sus campañas y trabajando de la mano en un equipo dinámico y multidisciplinario. Responsabilidades Desarrollo de propuestas de inversión y planes de medios orientados a objetivos de negocio y performance. Gestión y optimización de presupuestos para maximizar resultados y eficiencia de campañas. Seguimiento integral de campañas, control de implementación y análisis de resultados. Elaboración de insights y recomendaciones estratégicas para las distintas categorías. Coordinación con planners, equipos de medios, retailers y proveedores para asegurar una correcta ejecución. Gestión de entregables, reportes y cumplimiento de SLA establecidos. Relación directa con clientes, actuando como consultor estratégico para su categoría. Cualificaciones Buscamos candidatos con experiencia en: Retail Media y plataformas de retail. Planificación y performance digital. Análisis de datos y métricas de negocio (ROAS, ventas, audiencias, entre otras). Manejo de herramientas de reporting y análisis. Consumo masivo, retail o e-commerce. Experiencia en afiliados es un plus.
