Descripción del puesto En Bogotá – Colombia, estamos en la búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Ejecutivo(a) de Facturación, 06 meses a 1 año de experiencia en roles afines, su misión se centrará en garantizar que todos los procesos de facturación relacionados con los servicios prestados a clientes se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente y precisa. Responsabilidades Preparar y emitir facturas precisas y completas a los clientes en función de los servicios prestados y los acuerdos contractuales. Realizar un seguimiento constante de los pagos pendientes y asegurarse de que se reciban a tiempo. Resolver cualquier discrepancia o problema relacionado con la facturación. Mantener un registro detallado y organizado de todas las transacciones de facturación, incluidos los contratos, y órdenes de compra. Servir como punto de contacto principal para las marcas asignadas, respondiendo a consultas y proporcionar aclaraciones cuando sea necesario. Generar informes periódicos sobre la facturación y el estado de las cuentas por cobrar. Garantizar que todas las facturas cumplan con las regulaciones fiscales y legales vigentes Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional. Cualificaciones Conocimiento de software de facturación y sistemas contables. Conocimiento en Excel (intermedio - avanzado). Información adicional ¿Qué Ofrecemos?
