Responsibilities Accounts Payable Apoiar o processamento e registo de faturas de fornecedores junto do Shared Service Center. Garantir a validação da documentação recebida de acordo com os procedimentos internos e requisitos fiscais. Dar suporte a fornecedores e equipas internas relativamente a questões de faturação e pagamentos. Apoiar a reconciliação de contas correntes de fornecedores. Colaborar na preparação e acompanhamento de pagamentos. Apoiar os processos de fecho mensal relacionados com contas a pagar. Billing & Finance Operations Acompanhar algumas das atividades de faturação entre as equipas operacionais locais e o Shared Service Center. Apoiar a identificação e resolução de bloqueios ou divergências que possam impactar a emissão de faturas. Garantir o alinhamento da informação necessária para uma faturação correta e atempada. Acompanhar indicadores operacionais relacionados com faturação e cobrança. Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de Finance Operations. Qualifications Licenciatura recente em Contabilidade, Gestão, Finanças, Economia ou área similar. Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área financeira. Bons conhecimentos de Excel. Boa capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe. Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades. Facilidade de comunicação e colaboração com os diferentes interlocutores internos (prioritário).
