Descriptif du poste Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Gestionnaire Administratif (F/H) en CDI à Boulogne-Billancourt. Au sein de la direction générale Marketing-Patrimoine, sous la responsabilité de la cheffe de groupe Gestion Base Patrimoine, vous centraliserez les informations liées au service, assurerez la gestion des données dans les différents outils (saisie et mise à jour) et diffuserez l’information auprès des services concernés. Ainsi, vos missions principales seront : Mettre à jour la base de données du Patrimoine Publicitaire dans l’ERP (Nettoyage et homogénéisation) Mettre à jour des plans correspondants à la base de données du Patrimoine Publicitaire Formaliser et communiquer les informations aux différents services de l’entreprise Collaborer avec l'équipe pour améliorer les processus et la gestion des tâches courantes Produire des reporting et tableaux de bord et assurer le suivi Participer au développement et à l’évolution d’outils internes et externes. Qualifications Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+2/3 vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire, dans l’univers de l’administration et de la bureautique. Une connaissance du Pack Office, dont une excellente maitrise d’Excel, est exigée. Une connaissance d’outils de cartographie et CAO/DAO est appréciée. De nature réactif(ve), organisé(e) et disponible, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les prises d’initiatives. Votre sens du service et votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse font de vous la personne idéale pour ce poste. Alors n'hésitez plus, postulez !
