Overview Join a team supporting critical Trade Operations applications for a leading Financial Services client. This role offers the opportunity to learn the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement, and integrations with vendors and custodians, while supporting business-critical applications and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Provide production support for Trade Operations technology applications. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data issues. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams. Work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and custodians. Act as the primary coordinator during production incidents. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve support processes and operational efficiency. Required Skills Strong Java and SQL skills. Understanding of application support, debugging, and problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have, but must learn on the Job AWS. JavaScript and/or React. Exposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets. Key Attributes Strong ownership mindset and accountability. Passion for problem solving and continuous learning. Ability to remain calm and lead during production incidents. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Team player with a customer-first attitude. Additional information Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
