Website https://www.publicisresources.com Overview The key Accountabilities are, but not limited to: · Processing of Job Billing adjustments as advised by the agency · Processing of the invoice process and ensuring agency approval · Completion of final invoice processing run and ensuring mail out within monthly deadlines · Completion of all Resources document management to support invoice processes · Coordination with Agency, clients, suppliers and within ReSources team to resolve issues that will achieve target goals · Ensure prompt resolutions of any account queries and disputes · Ensuring all internal record management is maintained to comply with all audit standards · Ad hoc projects as required MAIN PURPOSE: The role exists to complete month end billings procedures for the agencies ensuring all adjustments, approvals and invoices are processed and delivered to monthly deadlines. Responsibilities Business Compliance: Ensure a sound understanding of and demonstrate commitment to and comply with all statutory legislation and Publicis Groupe Policies (Janus) relevant to your role and all activities undertaken in that role. Personal & Team Accountabilities: Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at a interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment. Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations. Health and Safety: · Undertake all work in a safe manner and follow all company and workplace health and safety procedures · Identify new hazards and advise manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator within 24 hours of identification. · Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator as soon as possible Qualifications Experience/Qualifications: · 0-3 years in comparable role (Freshers are also welcome). · Experience in media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary Knowledge & Skills: · Knowledge of GST and general accounting systems Skills (including technology) · Knowledge of BCC systems · Intermediate knowledge in Excel Attributes/behaviours: · This role required strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail. · A team player attitude with good communication skills to resolve agency queries in a customer focused service-oriented manner.
