Overview Im Commercial Team verantworten wir vorrangig den Bereich der Honorargestaltung und -kalkulation im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen (Pitches) zur Neukundengewinnung und bei unseren Bestandskunden. Wir bringen darüber hinaus weitere kommerzielle Themen und Projekte innerhalb der Agenturgruppe voran. Responsibilities Deine Aufgaben Erstellung kundenspezifischer Honorarmodelle im Rahmen von Media-Pitches Kalkulation des Personalbedarfs und interne Koordination Koordination und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern & Fachabteilungen Erstellung geeigneter Honorarmodelle, Kalkulationen und Toollisten auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen Sicherstellung der Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen und der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Agentur Einarbeitung der geplanten Ressourcen und Kosten in die Pitchunterlagen Qualifications Du hast Dein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung beendet Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung durch z.B. Praktika in Bereichen wie Controlling Du besitzt eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und Excel-Kenntnisse Du bist wissbegierig und möchtest weitere Erfahrungen im spannenden und komplexen Mediageschäft sammeln Du arbeitest strukturiert und genau, und hast ein Auge für Details Du bist offen, kommunikativ (Deutsch und Englisch C1) und hast Lust mit vielen Stakeholdern in Kontakt zu treten Du behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten einen klaren Kopf und ganz wichtig: deinen Humor!
