Descripción del puesto En Publicis Groupe - Bogotá, estamos en búsqueda de un L&D Intern interesado en adquirir experiencia práctica en procesos de aprendizaje, desarrollo y gestión del talento dentro de un entorno global y dinámico. Este rol apoyará la ejecución y coordinación de iniciativas de L&D, contribuyendo al desarrollo del talento en la organización mientras fortalece sus competencias profesionales en el área de Recursos Humanos. Responsabilidades Apoyar la ejecución de procesos de onboarding, incluyendo la preparación de materiales de inducción, el seguimiento del cumplimiento de cursos mandatorios en la plataforma LMS y la actualización de bases de datos de nuevos ingresos. Brindar soporte en el seguimiento de los procesos de gestión del desempeño (Career Conversations), apoyando el monitoreo de avances, la generación de reportes y la consolidación de información. Apoyar en la organización, actualización y curaduría de contenidos de aprendizaje, incluyendo materiales formativos, presentaciones, toolkits de bienvenida y recursos digitales bajo la guía del equipo de L&D. Asistir en la coordinación logística de sesiones de formación y talleres, incluyendo convocatorias, confirmación de asistencia, preparación de materiales y soporte durante las sesiones. Contribuir en la creación de piezas de comunicación interna y presentaciones para las iniciativas del área, utilizando herramientas como Canva y PowerPoint. Consolidar y organizar información para la elaboración de reportes internos, dashboards e indicadores clave del área de L&D. Participar en la ejecución de proyectos definidos en el plan anual del área, apoyando tareas operativas y proponiendo ideas para la mejora continua de procesos. Colaborar con el equipo de L&D para asegurar una experiencia consistente y de calidad en las iniciativas de aprendizaje y desarrollo. Cualificaciones Estudiante activo de Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión Humana o carreras afines. No se requiere experiencia previa. Nivel de Excel intermedio. Inglés nivel intermedio alto (B2–C1). Buenas habilidades de organización, comunicación y presentación. Alto nivel de curiosidad, creatividad y pensamiento analítico. Manejo básico de herramientas de diseño y comunicación (Canva, PowerPoint o similares). Interés en aprendizaje organizacional, desarrollo del talento y gestión del desempeño.
