Descripción del puesto En Bogotá, Colombia, estamos en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Postproducción con entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en el rol dentro de productoras audiovisuales o agencias. Su misión estará enfocada en coordinar la postproducción de contenido digital y televisión, garantizando la correcta ejecución, organización y entrega de los proyectos. Será responsable de gestionar el flujo de trabajo del equipo de postproducción, coordinar presupuestos, negociar con proveedores y asegurar la visibilidad y el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos, manteniendo una comunicación constante con clientes y equipos internos. Responsabilidades Coordinar y supervisar los procesos de postproducción para proyectos de contenido digital, audiovisual y televisión. Planificar, asignar y dar seguimiento a las tareas del equipo de postproducción, garantizando el cumplimiento de prioridades y cronogramas. Actuar como punto de contacto entre clientes, proveedores y equipos internos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos. Gestionar la elaboración, control y seguimiento de presupuestos de postproducción. Negociar con proveedores y gestionar la contratación de servicios requeridos para cada proyecto. Monitorear el avance de los proyectos, identificando riesgos y proponiendo soluciones oportunas. Garantizar la calidad de las entregas y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos por el cliente y la compañía. Coordinar recursos técnicos y humanos para optimizar la operación y los tiempos de entrega. Asegurar una adecuada gestión administrativa y documental de los proyectos. Mantener una comunicación constante con stakeholders internos y externos, proporcionando visibilidad sobre el estado de cada proyecto. Cualificaciones Organización y atención al detalle. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de cliente. Capacidad para coordinar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Proactividad y orientación a la solución de problemas. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos. Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. Capacidad de planificación y priorización. Enfoque en calidad y mejora continua.
