Overview En Bogotá - Colombia, estamos en la búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Practicante /Aprendiz de Desarrollo. Estudiantes de carreras Profesionales en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, o afines, su misión se centrará en apoyar en la implementación y gestión de programas y estrategias que fomenten el crecimiento y desarrollo profesional de los empleados. Responsibilities Apoyar al equipo de L&D en actividades generales del área, participando en la recolección de información para diagnósticos de necesidades de formación, coordinación básica de espacios de capacitación y acompañamiento en procesos de inducción y desarrollo de carrera. Brindar apoyo logístico en talleres y programas de formación, colaborando en la organización de agendas, preparación de materiales y control de asistencia de empleados y equipos. Colaborar en la gestión de la plataforma Marcel, ayudando a identificar cursos, actualización de currículos e investigación de nuevas iniciativas de aprendizaje disponibles. Participar en la actualización y registro de bases de datos de asistencia a los programas de formación. Apoyar en procesos de validación de desempeño de empleados, realizando tareas de registro y control de información que sirvan como insumo para promociones internas o movilidad de talento. Contribuir en la creación de piezas y materiales de comunicación para iniciativas de L&D. Qualifications Contar con la validación por parte de la Institución Educativa para poder iniciar sus prácticas. No haber firmado contrato de aprendizaje previamente con otra empresa. Disponibilidad de horario de oficina (Lunes a Viernes 8:30am – 5:30pm) Additional information ¿Qué Ofrecemos?
