Descripción del puesto En Bogotá - Colombia, estamos en la búsqueda de estudiantes técnicos, tecnólogos y profesionales para hacer parte de THE CUBS, el programa de prácticas de Publicis Groupe. Buscamos talentos interesados en desarrollarse en el mundo de la publicidad, marketing, medios y tecnología, apoyando diferentes áreas estratégicas de la compañía. Responsabilidades Apoyar los procesos operativos y estratégicos del área asignada. Participar en proyectos enfocados en publicidad, marketing, medios y tecnología. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para el cumplimiento de objetivos y desarrollo de campañas. Apoyar en la creación, seguimiento y análisis de estrategias según las necesidades de cada área. Mantener una actitud proactiva, creativa y orientada al aprendizaje continuo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos, políticas y procedimientos de la compañía tanto a nivel local como regional. Cualificaciones Contar con aval académico para iniciar prácticas durante el segundo semestre de 2026. No haber firmado contrato de aprendizaje previamente, en caso de aplicar a vacantes de aprendizaje. Disponibilidad de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. Interés en desarrollarse en el mundo de la publicidad, marketing y áreas afines. Deseable nivel de inglés B1 – B2.
