Overview Publicis Groupe is looking for a Search Director to lead delivery and product development in our Search team. The role suits someone who enjoys making a strong team deliver even better, and who wants to help shape where our search offering goes next. About the role Reporting to the Head of Search, you will act as an extension of the Head of Search and deputy when needed. You will own the quality and consistency of our SEM delivery across clients, lead the SEM team in their client work, and drive the development of our search product. Search is changing fast with AI-driven results, retail media and new ad formats. You will make sure our delivery and our product keep up. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Owning delivery quality across the SEM portfolio, including account health, follow-up and consistent execution Leading the SEM team of managers and specialists in client work: setting priorities, following up on delivery and giving feedback on the work Being the main contact for selected key clients and handling complex client dialogues Driving our search product forward through processes, tools, automation, reporting and new solutions such as AI search Putting our ways of working and QA standards into practice and making sure they are followed Building the solution and delivery plan in pitches, together with the Head of Search who leads the commercial side Turning platform partnerships into delivery by running betas, tests and new features with Google, Microsoft and Amazon across our clients Being the escalation point when delivery is at risk, and following up on root causes Making sure the SEM team works closely with SEO, GEO and other channels in day-to-day client work Giving the Head of Search input on the team's skills and development needs Qualifications Who we are looking for At least 6 years of experience in paid search Proven experience leading search specialists in client work Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, feed management and measurement A good understanding of how paid search works together with SEO and AI search Experience building processes, standards or products, not just running accounts Experience building pitch solutions and presenting them to clients A structured way of working, with the ability to keep high quality across many clients at the same time Fluent in Swedish and English Additional information In addition to a welcoming culture and inclusive environment with passionate colleagues we offer you: Career Opportunities Local and Global opportunities through the Power Of One.
