As a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise AI solutions using modern Generative AI technologies and cloud-native architectures. You will partner with architects, engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and create real-world impact. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience building production-grade AI applications who wants to work at the forefront of Agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI adoption. Your Impact Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Generative AI platforms and frameworks. Build scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agents. Develop and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes. Build enterprise AI applications using Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native architectures. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and developer tools to improve productivity and solution effectiveness. Implement enterprise best practices for AI governance, observability, scalability, security, and responsible AI. Contribute to AI engineering standards, reusable assets, and engineering excellence initiatives across teams. Partner with senior engineers and architects to solve complex technical challenges and accelerate client outcomes. Qualifications Skills & Experience 5+ years of software engineering experience, including experience building cloud-native applications and APIs. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and building or deploying AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry. Experience developing and deploying AI agents, copilots, or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of: Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt engineering RAG architectures Tool calling Memory management AI workflow orchestration Agent architectures Experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform: Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor Windsurf Slingshot Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API integration and enterprise application development. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, and data platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Fluent English with the ability to participate in client-facing conversations. Familiarity with cloud-native AI architectures and MLOps best practices. Experience working with Azure OpenAI, vector databases, enterprise search, and enterprise knowledge management platforms. Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Fabric, enterprise data ecosystems, and business applications. Experience delivering AI solutions in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise environments. Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.
