Overview Manager – Product Manager – Energy & Commodities Trading Why This Role Matters Publicis Sapient is looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep functional expertise in Endur (OpenLink) and commodity trading processes to support complex technology transformation initiatives within the Energy and Commodities Trading domain. In this role, you will work closely with traders, business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into effective functional solutions. You will provide expertise across the trading lifecycle, support Endur platform enhancements and help drive business value through solution design, process optimisation and Agile delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale Endur transformation programmes while working with global teams and leading clients in the energy trading industry. Responsibilities Where You’ll Make an Impact Provide deep functional expertise in Endur (OpenLink) to support business decisions, solution design and platform optimisation. Collaborate with traders, risk teams and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into clear, testable functional requirements and user stories. Advise on Endur capabilities, configuration options and functional best practices across the trading lifecycle. Support solution design, functional validation and implementation of Endur enhancements. Review front-office and risk-related changes to ensure alignment with business processes and operational requirements. Design test scenarios, support UAT and validate solutions against business requirements. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and support sustainable, long-term solutions. Provide functional guidance, knowledge transfer and training to business users and delivery teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Endur implementations, upgrades and transformation programmes. Qualifications What You’ll Bring to the Team Extensive experience in business analysis and functional delivery within energy trading, commodities or financial markets. Strong hands-on functional expertise in Endur (OpenLink) across at least one commodity asset class. Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including front-office and risk management processes. Experience gathering, analysing and documenting complex business requirements in an Agile delivery environment. Strong understanding of Endur configuration, functional capabilities and integration with surrounding systems. Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with traders, senior business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience supporting solution design, functional testing, UAT and business process improvements. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex trading requirements into actionable solutions. Additional Experience We Value Experience with Endur implementation, upgrades, migration or large-scale remediation programmes. Exposure to multiple commodity asset classes and trading products. Proficiency in SQL or Excel for data analysis, reconciliation and business case development. Formal Business Analysis training or certification, such as IIBA. Demonstrated experience improving Endur-related business processes and delivering sustainable solutions. Proven ability to reduce delivery risks, avoid rework and improve alignment between business and technology teams.
