Publicis Groupe Denmark søger en Senior Client Lead, der får ansvar for at drive og udvikle relationen til en portefølje af lokale og internationale kunder. Du bliver et centralt bindeled mellem kunden og vores teams og får en vigtig rolle i at omsætte kundernes forretningsmål til stærke strategier, effektiv eksekvering og gode resultater. Om rollen Som Senior Client Lead er du den daglige kontakt for dine kunder og driver samarbejdet fra strategi til eksekvering. Dine primære opgaver vil blandt andet være: Drive og udvikle stærke relationer til kunderne Lede den årlige kundestrategi og omsætte forretningsmål til konkrete indsatser Være projektleder og bindeled mellem kunder og interne teams Sikre kvalitet, fremdrift og effektiv eksekvering af kampagner Rådgive kunderne og proaktivt identificere muligheder og udfordringer Håndtere kundernes budgetter og følge op på økonomien Samarbejde tæt med relevante fagligheder på tværs af Publicis Bidrage til pitches og nye forretningsmuligheder Du får en selvstændig rolle med stor kontaktflade, hvor du både skal kunne tage ejerskab, skabe struktur og få mennesker til at arbejde sammen mod samme mål. Om dig Vi forestiller os, at du har 4+ års erfaring med kundekontakt, gerne fra et bureau eller en lignende rolle. Vi lægger vægt på, at du: Har erfaring med selvstændig håndtering af kunder og projekter Har stærke kommunikations- og relationskompetencer Kan drive en strategi fra idé til eksekvering Er struktureret og god til at holde overblik over flere interessenter og deadlines Har erfaring med budgethåndtering Trives i en rolle, hvor du både rådgiver kunden og leder interne teams Har mod på at udfordre og komme med en klar faglig anbefaling Tager ansvar og følger dine opgaver helt til dørs Du taler og skriver flydende dansk, og engelsk er en fordel, da du vil arbejde med både lokale og internationale kunder. Som person er du selvstændig, engageret og tillidsvækkende. Du motiveres af at skabe gode resultater sammen med andre og bidrager naturligt til et samarbejdende og uformelt arbejdsmiljø.
