Overview SENIOR CRM WRITER Are you a senior writer who can think beyond individual messages and build compelling customer journeys across multiple touchpoints? We are looking for a Senior CRM Writer to help shape and grow the CRM creative product for different international brands. This is more than an email copywriting role. You will translate customer strategy, behavioural signals and brand thinking into connected communications that feel relevant, useful and creatively strong. What you’ll do Write engaging copy across email, push notifications, in-app messages and other CRM touchpoints. Interpret CRM flow plans and understand the communication objective at each stage of the customer journey. Create connected messaging that maintains a consistent narrative and brand voice from one interaction to the next. Adapt your writing across lifecycle, triggered, promotional and always-on communications. Use audience, lifecycle and behavioural context to make messaging more personalised and relevant. Craft and refine subject lines, headlines, body copy, calls to action and other short-form content. Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account and CRM specialists. Use campaign learnings and available data to continuously improve the creative work. Review other writers’ work and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback. Work confidently with AI-assisted creative tools while applying strong human judgement to the final output. What we’re looking for Strong senior-level copywriting and editing skills, particularly in short-form communication. Proven CRM writing experience and a good understanding of CRM flows and journey logic. The ability to think in connected customer journeys rather than isolated messages. Strategic thinking and an understanding of how audience, context, objective and message work together. Conceptual creativity and the ability to bring ideas into CRM communications. Excellent brand, tone of voice and editorial judgement. A strong instinct for personalisation and relevance. Confidence using data and campaign learnings to improve creative work. A collaborative approach and the ability to give constructive feedback to other writers. Professional-level English and the ability to create nuanced, natural copy for international audiences.
