Overview Publicis Sapient is looking for ServiceNow Developers to join our team of talented professionals and innovators. You will leverage your analytical thinking and technical expertise to design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients across diverse industries. As part of our mission to drive digital transformation, you will play a key role in delivering scalable workflows, optimizing platform capabilities, and enabling seamless user experiences through well-engineered solutions and thoughtful innovation. Your Impact OR Responsibilities: Key Responsibility statement: Configure and support Event Management to process and correlate alerts from monitoring tools. Assist in implementing ITOM components (basic Discovery/Event rules) to improve infrastructure monitoring. Monitor event queues and alerts, ensuring timely triage and resolution of issues. Collaborate with support teams to fine-tune event rules, thresholds, and alert noise reduction. Perform basic troubleshooting of integration issues between monitoring tools and ServiceNow. Maintain documentation and follow standard processes for consistent event handling and operations. Outcomes-based statement: Improve incident response time by enabling effective event correlation and alert prioritization. Reduce alert noise through optimized rules and thresholds, increasing operational efficiency. Enhance system monitoring visibility, leading to proactive issue identification. Ensure smoother operations by maintaining stable event integrations and data flow. Support faster issue resolution through timely event analysis and collaboration with teams. Contribute to improved service reliability by ensuring consistent event management practices. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow with exposure to ITOM and Event Management. Basic understanding of event correlation, alert management, and monitoring concepts. Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and working with monitoring tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting basics (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and platform configuration. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred; ITOM/Event Management exposure is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with ability to work in a support environment.
