Overview Apoyar al equipo de soporte brindando asistencia técnica básica tanto de manera presencial como remota a usuarios internos, colaborando en la resolución de incidencias de hardware, software y conectividad. Responsibilities Brindar soporte técnico básico presencial y remoto a usuarios internos. Ayudar en la resolución de incidentes de hardware, software y conectividad bajo la supervisión del equipo. Preparar, instalar y configurar computadores, notebooks, impresoras y otros periféricos. Apoyar en la instalación y actualización de sistemas operativos Windows y macOS. Colaborar en el soporte básico de redes LAN, Wi-Fi y conexiones VPN. Ayudar en la identificación y reporte de problemas de conectividad. Registrar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a tickets utilizando herramientas de gestión de servicios (como ServiceNow u otras). Mantener una correcta documentación de las solicitudes atendidas. Participar en despliegues de equipos, renovaciones tecnológicas y otras actividades del área de TI. Apoyar iniciativas de mejora de procesos y organización del área. Qualifications Educación Estudiante o egresado de la carrera de Ingeniería en Informática, Técnico en Informática, Redes, Sistemas o carreras afines. Conocimientos Windows 10 y Windows 11. macOS (deseable). Microsoft 365. Hardware de computadores y periféricos. Herramientas de gestión de tickets Conceptos básicos de seguridad informática (antivirus, respaldos y buenas prácticas). Experiencia Deseable experiencia entre 0 y 1 año de experiencia en soporte técnico o mesas de ayuda Habilidades Organizado. Responsable. Predisposición para aprender. Facilidad de comunicarse con claridad. Proactiva. Additional information Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial.
