Descripción del puesto En Bogotá – Colombia, estamos en búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Web Master. Con 2 años de experiencia en el rol con agencias de publicidad y mercadeo, su misión se centrará en garantizar que los sitios web sean funcionales, atractivos y estén optimizados para ofrecer la mejor experiencia de usuario. Además de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de diseño y contenido para crear y mantener plataformas web innovadoras. Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar sitios web según los requerimientos de los clientes. Implementar actualizaciones y mejoras regulares para asegurar la funcionalidad y seguridad de los sitios. Optimizar sitios web para mejorar la velocidad y el rendimiento. Implementar prácticas en colaboración con el equipo de SEO para mejorar la visibilidad y el ranking en motores de búsqueda. Gestionar la publicación y actualización constante de nuevos contenidos. Proveer soporte técnico y resolver problemas relacionados con el funcionamiento de los sitios web. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional. Cualificaciones Dominio de lenguajes de programación web como HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, entre otros. sistemas de gestión de contenido (CMS) como WordPress, Joomla o Drupal, de administración de servidores web (Apache, Nginx), en bases de datos (MySQL, PostgreSQL) y conocimiento en UX/UI, relacionadas con su área de desempeño. Capacidad de análisis resolutiva ante problemas técnicos y mantenimiento de rendimiento de los sitios web de las cuentas asignadas. Conocimiento en diseño responsivo y optimización para móviles. Información adicional Contamos con una plataforma de interacción y conexión basada en inteligencia artificial llamada Marcel, la cual cuenta con herramientas de e-learning como Udemy y LinkedIn Learning, con más de 30.000 cursos en diferentes temas en donde podrá capacitarse según sus intereses. Además de conectar con las más de 100.000 mentes creativas de Publicis Groupe.
