The posting

PULSAR est à la recherche d’un ou d'une Électricien(ne) bâtiment pour assurer l’entretien des bâtiments du REM et garantir le bon état de fonctionnement de leurs sous-systèmes. Relevant du superviseur de la maintenance technique des bâtiments, l’électricien d’entretien bâtiments installe, entretien, vérifie, répare, refait ou modifie les installations électriques de basse tension (600V). Vos principales responsabilités : Localiser, diagnostiquer, isoler et dépanner les défauts des systèmes électriques et électroniques ; Entretenir et remplacer des prises de courant, câbles électriques, conduits, circuits, appareils d’éclairage, appareils de chauffage électrique, disjoncteurs, variateurs de vitesse et autres ; Entretenir, réparer, installer, vérifier et effectuer des essais des appareils de coupure, transformateurs et tableaux de distribution ; Brancher, débrancher et procéder aux essais des moteur électriques ou tout autre appareil électrique ; Exécuter des programmes d’entretien préventif et correctif en tenant à jour des registres d’entretien ; Entretenir et réparer les systèmes de contrôles des équipements de bâtiments ; S’assurer de la mise à jour des plans et schémas électriques des bâtiments ; Vérifier la conformité des installations électriques faites par les sous-traitants ; Entretenir, vérifier et réparer les systèmes d’alimentation sans coupure (UPS) ; Participer à l’entretien des groupes électrogènes ; Entretenir et calibrer des instruments industriels ; Coopérer avec les autres corps de métier en leur donnant les informations et l'expertise requis pour les travaux complémentaires à leur spécialité ; Remplir des rapports d’inspection ou de réparation. Compléter et fermer des bons de travail à l’aide d’un logiciel GMAO ; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. Exigences Exigences et habiletés requises : DEP en électricité ; Détenir un certificat en électricité CÉ délivré par Emploi Québec (ancienne licence C, hors construction) ; Posséder au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans l’entretien des systèmes électriques de bâtiments ou autre expérience pertinente ; Connaissance des systèmes de régulation CVAC - chauffage-ventilation-air-climatisation (un atout) ; Connaissance générale en contrôle électrique de bâtiments (un atout) ; Permis de conduire classe 5. Informations contractuelles Le poste est sur un horaire de 40 heures par semaine, de soir, de 15h00 à 23h.
