  • Assess and support patients experiencing a range of communication difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy and management plans based on patients’ needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient-centred care.
  • Provide advice and guidance to patients, carers and other professionals regarding communication and swallowing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards.

  • HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
  • Previous experience working with dysphagia, including dysphagia assessment and management.
  • Experience supporting patients with communication difficulties.
  • The ability to work effectively within a mental health or hospital-based setting.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
