Deine Tätigkeiten

Mitgliederverwaltung

  • Neuvertrag, Kündigung, Pausierung
  • Kontakt mit Bestandskunden, Anschreiben (Mail, Brief, Infopost, usw.)
  • Ausdrucken der Lehrpläne
  • Vorbereitung Prüfungen, Einstufung, Urkunden, Pauschalen einziehen, Anschreiben

Personalassistenz

  • Lohn/Gehalt, Abrechnungen
  • Urlaub Mitarbeiter, Krankheit
  • Bewerbungen sortieren, Bewerber verwalten, Vorqualifizieren
  • Einteilung der Trainer und Minijobber, Übungsleiter, Honorarkräfte
  • Ressourcenplanung (Geschäftshandy, Laptop, usw.)
  • On-/Offboarding von Mitarbeitern (Zugänge, Arbeitsutensilien)

Assistenz der Geschäftsführung

  • Inbound Anfragen Telefon und E-Mail
  • Vorsortierung der Anfragen, einfache Anfragen beantworten, Rest weiterleiten an zuständige Stelle (Sales, Marketing, GF, Trainer)
  • Eventuell Qualifizierung neuer Anfragen (keine alten Leads anrufen)
