O que esperamos de você:Trabalhe com autonomia, sem medo de errar e goste de encantar em cada entrega realizada;Tenha sede por conhecimento e compartilhar isso com a equipe.Seja aberto para mudanças e aja com propósito: tudo o que fazemos é direcionado para o sucesso;Tenha sentimento de dono e se engaje com o crescimento da Pulsus;E por fim, aproveite a jornada e crie conexões com um time colaborativo e muito dedicado!Se você se identifica com a posição e acredita que pode ajudar a Pulsus a dar os próximos passos, vamos adorar te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Especialista de Segurança da Informação, você será a referência da área na Pulsus, com as seguintes atribuições principais:Estruturar e manter o programa de segurança da informação (políticas, normas e indicadores de evolução);Atuar como referência consultiva para Engenharia, Produto, TI e demais áreas em decisões de arquitetura;Evoluir o ciclo de desenvolvimento seguro (Secure SDLC, threat modeling, revisão de código, SAST, DAST, análise de dependências e containers);Revisar e aprimorar controles de segurança em nuvem (AWS), incluindo IAM, redes, secrets, logs e backups;Estruturar o processo de gestão de vulnerabilidades (identificação, classificação, priorização e correção);Coordenar pentests, avaliações externas e homologação/riscos de terceiros;Estruturar o plano de resposta a incidentes de segurança e conduzir simulações periódicas;Apoiar a adequação à LGPD, auditorias, reuniões técnicas/RFPs de clientes e futuras certificações (ex.: ISO 27001);Apoiar a segurança corporativa (identidades, endpoints corporativos e ciclo de vida de acessos).Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição precisamos que você tenha as seguintes experiências/conhecimentos:Requisitos obrigatórios:Experiência sólida e generalista em Segurança da Informação (AppSec, Cloud Security, Infra ou GRC);Experiência com segurança de aplicações web, APIs e arquiteturas SaaS;Conhecimento prático de desenvolvimento seguro (DevSecOps) e riscos OWASP;Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de vulnerabilidades (SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, containers) e esteiras de CI/CD;Conhecimento robusto em ambientes de nuvem (preferencialmente AWS) e gestão de acessos (IAM);Conhecimento sobre LGPD, privacidade de dados e planos de resposta a incidentes;Formação em TI, Segurança da Informação ou áreas afins;Forte habilidade de organização, documentação e comunicação para alinhamento em ambiente 100% remoto.Diferenciais:Experiência prévia em empresas SaaS B2B ou atendimento a clientes Enterprise;Vivência com segurança mobile (Android) ou plataformas MDM/EMM;Atuação na preparação para ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 ou frameworks como CIS Controls/NIST;Certificações de mercado (AWS Certified Security, Security+, CISSP, CCSP, ISO 27001).Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Vale Refeição/Alimentação em parceria com o iFood BenefíciosClube iFood sem mensalidadePlano de Saúde, opções:SulAmérica - Clássico Apartamento ou Especial 100 R1Unimed Unimax - Privativo ou SemiprivativoPlano odontológico, opções:SulAméricaBradesco OdontoSeguro de vidaParticipação nos Resultados (PPR) de acordo com o atingimento das metas da empresaDay off de aniversárioNossas parcerias e convênios:Wellhub (Gympass): Plataforma de academias e apps relacionados à saúde física, emocional e bem-estarStarbem: Plataforma com parceiros de cuidados com a saúde e bem-estar.
