Aufgaben ###

  • eigenständige Abwicklung von Seefrachtaufträgen im Import und Export (LCL/FCL)
  • erstellen von B/Ls, Zolldokumenten und Versandpapieren
  • organisieren von Vor- und Nachläufen per Lkw
  • koordinieren mit Reedereien, Terminals und internationalen Agenten
  • überwachen von Laufzeiten, Fristen und Containerbewegungen
  • kalkulieren und erstellen von Offerten
  • pflegen von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im System
  • klären von Unstimmigkeiten, Reklamationen und Spezialfällen

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Seefrachtabwicklung (Import & Export)
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollwesen und in internationalen Transportvorschriften
  • strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • kommunikative, kundenorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut (C1) Englisch: m+s gut (B1)
