In diesem kleineren Spedi-Unternehmen übernehmen Sie die komplette Abwicklung - von der Auftragserfassung über die operative Koordination bis hin zur finalen Abrechnung. Sie arbeiten eigenständig, sind nah am Tagesgeschehen und sehen unmittelbar, welchen Unterschied Ihre Arbeit bewirkt.

Aufgaben ###

  • erfassen und disponieren von Seefrachtaufträgen im Import und Export
  • erstellen von B/Ls, Zolldeklarationen und weiteren Frachtpapieren
  • organisieren von Vor- und Nachläufen per Lkw
  • koordinieren mit Reedereien, Terminals und internationalen Partnern
  • überwachen von Laufzeiten und Containerbewegungen
  • pflegen von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im System
  • kalkulieren und erstellen von Angeboten
  • abwickeln der Rechnungsstellung und Nachkalkulation

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Seefrachtabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Transportvorschriften
  • selbstständige, exakte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Informatik ###

MS-Office - Anwenderkenntnisse Speditionssoftware - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###
