Funciones principales

  • Ejecutar y supervisar estrategias de trade marketing en puntos de venta.
  • Visitar y monitorear distribuidores, socios comerciales y puntos de venta para asegurar la correcta implementación de campañas y material POP.
  • Coordinar activaciones, eventos y promociones en campo.
  • Levantar información de mercado y competencia para generar reportes e insights.
  • Realizar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño, ventas y resultados de campañas.
  • Capacitar y apoyar al personal en puntos de venta sobre promociones y productos.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario culminado en Marketing, Administración, Comercio o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en trade marketing, promoción o ventas en campo.
  • Conocimiento en ejecución de PDV, material POP, visual merchandising y reportes de campo.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar fines de semana o feriados según planificación.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
