The posting

Sobre el cargo Buscamos a un/a Líder de Agendamiento para dirigir la operación diaria del equipo de agendamiento de su zona. Asegurará la correcta ejecución del agendamiento automático y manual y el cumplimiento de los KPIs del área. Reportará al Jefe de Operaciones de Campo y liderará al equipo de Asistentes de Agendamiento.

Qué harás

  • Generar y enviar el reporte de backlog de tu zona y los reportes operativos de tu gestión, para mantener informada a la jefatura.
  • Dar seguimiento diario a las actividades del personal de Agendamiento, contratistas y planta externa, y escalar desvíos o incumplimientos.
  • Actualizar los parámetros de la herramienta Field (rutas, distribución de actividades, zonas, etc.) según los lineamientos de la jefatura y proponer mejoras para una ejecución más eficiente en campo.
  • Organizar y distribuir las actividades diarias del equipo (stand by, referidos, feriados, VIP y cierre de bandeja), asegurando su atención oportuna.
  • Coordinar con Atención al Cliente, Ventas, Sistemas/TI, Logística y Planta Externa la atención de casos especiales e incidencias.
  • Gestionar con empresas contratistas los cupos y el cumplimiento de agendas y SLAs, y reportar incidencias de la herramienta al proveedor.
  • Preparar y entregar la reportería operativa que solicite la jefatura.

Lo que buscamos

  • Educación universitaria culminada en Administración de Empresas, Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia coordinando equipos de atención al cliente.
  • Excel a nivel alto.
  • Conocimiento medio de procesos de agendamiento (instalaciones, migraciones, traslados, reinstalaciones, visitas técnicas y reagendamientos).
  • Conocimiento medio de herramientas de gestión de trabajo en campo (como Field).
