The posting

Propósito del cargo

Brindar soporte al personal de planta externa, clientes corporativos, ventas corporativas y centro de gestión, para asegurar la conectividad eficiente de los servicios de internet y datos ofrecidos al cliente final.

Responsabilidades

  • Asignar recursos lógicos y activar clientes en las plataformas de conectividad de la compañía, mejorando el tiempo de activación.
  • Brindar soporte técnico en activaciones y configuraciones al personal de planta externa y a clientes corporativos, contribuyendo a mejorar los indicadores SOI / SOTA.
  • Gestionar el cierre oportuno de los tickets de instalación para dar paso al proceso de facturación.
  • Gestionar la implementación de proyectos de clientes corporativos categoría B y clientes VIP, en coordinación con Account Managers, Agendamiento, Ventas y Técnicos de Campo.
  • Atender como segundo nivel los casos de soporte técnico escalados por el Centro de Gestión Corporativa.
  • Atender a Ventas Corporativas y Preventas en requerimientos técnicos como factibilidades, soporte y apoyo comercial.
  • Cumplir con los demás requerimientos solicitados por su jefe inmediato.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Título universitario culminado en Ingeniería en Redes y Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • De 1 a 2 años en cargos como Operador de Red, Call Center, Técnico de Instalación o Atención al Cliente.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Redes.
  • Fibra óptica y radio.
  • Manejo de bases de datos.
  • Programación en Python.

Herramientas

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Power BI.
  • FirmaEC.
  • Herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
