Sobre el puesto

Buscamos un pasante de Desarrollo Organizacional que se integre al equipo de Talento Humano para apoyar el diseño, la implementación y el seguimiento de iniciativas de cambio dentro de la organización. Es una oportunidad para aplicar conocimientos teóricos en proyectos reales de transformación, con acompañamiento de profesionales del área y aprendizaje práctico sobre metodologías de gestión del cambio.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de gestión del cambio organizacional.
  • Colaborar en el diagnóstico del clima y la cultura organizacional: diseño de encuestas, levantamiento de información y análisis de resultados.
  • Participar en la elaboración de planes de comunicación y sensibilización para procesos de cambio.
  • Asistir en la identificación de partes interesadas y en el análisis de resistencias al cambio.
  • Contribuir al diseño y la logística de talleres, capacitaciones y actividades de integración.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de adopción del cambio y preparar reportes e informes de avance.
  • Apoyar la actualización de documentación del área (procesos, manuales, descripciones de cargo).
  • Colaborar en otras actividades del área de Desarrollo Organizacional que se le asignen, acordes a su perfil y formación.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Estudiante de los dos últimos semestres de carreras como Psicología Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Empresarial o carreras afines.

Requisito indispensable

  • Haber cursado, dentro de su malla o pensum universitario, una asignatura relacionada directamente con Gestión del Cambio Organizacional. Se considerarán también materias equivalentes, como Change Management, Transformación Organizacional, Desarrollo y Cambio Organizacional o similares, siempre que sus contenidos aborden metodologías y procesos de cambio.

Conocimientos y herramientas

  • Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión del cambio (por ejemplo, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Deseable: nociones de análisis de datos y herramientas de encuestas o visualización.

  • Empatía y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Proactividad, iniciativa y ganas de aprender.
