We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

DUTIES:

Sales Duties – 100%

  • Lead generation including attending Grass Roots Marketing and networking events
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Assist with studio retail sales
  • Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform
  • Ensure that Sales Representatives are hitting metrics set forth by owner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail sales
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. Travel to California for initial training required.

  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Assist in strategically managing marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Any other duties as assigned
