THE ROLE

We are fundamentally transforming the data storage and management landscape. In this role, you will act as a pivotal talent advisor, directly shaping the teams that power our mission in our high-growth Bangalore office. Partnering closely with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives that fuel our global business impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive End-to-End Talent Strategy: Own full-lifecycle recruitment across diverse business and technical functions, aligning talent acquisition directly with strategic company goals and growth milestones.
  • Act as a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Partner with hiring leaders to design intake strategies, advise on market dynamics and talent availability, and guide objective, data-informed hiring decisions.
  • Build Robust, High-Impact Pipelines: Architect proactive sourcing campaigns to engage top-tier, diverse talent in competitive markets, delivering an exceptional and transparent candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • Leverage Insights for Operational Excellence: Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to optimize hiring speed, quality, and process efficiency in collaboration with People Operations, Total Rewards, and Finance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record leading full-lifecycle recruitment within technology-driven or product-centric environments, with deep capability in identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent.
  • Executive Advisory & Influence: Strong consultative acumen with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder partnerships, navigate complex hiring scenarios, and guide senior leaders through talent trade-offs.
  • Market Sourcing & Assessment Acumen: Expertise in advanced direct sourcing methods, market mapping, and structured, competency-based interviewing techniques to ensure equitable and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborative Prioritization & Execution: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing business priorities seamlessly in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
  • Workplace Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Hsinchu - Taiwan office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
