Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance & Accounting-Bereichs suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unser Accounting-Team fachlich führt und gemeinsam mit uns weiterentwickelt. Als Senior Accounting Manager (all genders) bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um Buchhaltung und Controlling und vertrittst die Abteilung bei Abwesenheit der Leitung. Du begleitest und förderst ein dreiköpfiges Team und treibst die Optimierung unserer Prozesse voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Monatsabschlussprozess – von der Planung bis zur termingerechten Fertigstellung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse und der jährlichen Finanzberichterstattung.
  • Du führst, coachst und entwickelst unser Accounting-Team fachlich und persönlich weiter.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Accounting- und Kostencontrolling-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und machst sie effizienter.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Steuerberater:innen, Geschäftsführung und weitere interne wie externe Stakeholder.
  • Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Reports und Analysen als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.
  • Du vertrittst die Abteilungsleitung bei Abwesenheit.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder Rechnungswesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter:in)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder im Mentoring von Teammitgliedern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Kostencontrolling sowie ein gutes Verständnis für steuerliche Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Finanzsoftware [ggf. konkrete Tools ergänzen, z. B. DATEV] und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Souveränität im Austausch mit Management und externen Partnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
