Als R&D Supervisor combineer je inhoudelijke kennis met leiderschap en speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van innovatieve geneesmiddelen. Je coördineert boeiende onderzoeksprojecten, motiveert je collega’s en denkt actief mee over nieuwe mogelijkheden. Dat alles binnen een warm, Belgisch familiebedrijf waar initiatief, vertrouwen en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

We verwachten entrepreneurship en ownership binnen de volgende taken:

  • Je stuurt het R&D-team aan en staat in voor de opvolging van de planning en de werkverdeling.
  • Je stelt protocollen en rapporten op voor de ontwikkeling van analytische methodes, formulaties en processen.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van experimenten op en zorgt voor een correcte beoordeling en verificatie van de onderzoeksgegevens.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met de klant, zowel bij de opstart als gedurende het volledige project. Je licht de resultaten en de volgende stappen in het onderzoek op een heldere manier toe.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen voor de medewerkers van het R&D-labo.
  • Je bent betrokken bij de aankoop van nieuwe toestellen en onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers voor onderhoud en kalibratie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting, zoals Farmacie, Scheikunde of Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, alsook een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende functie. Heb je een PhD op zak? Dan kom je ook in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de ontwikkeling van analytische methodes zoals HPLC, dissolutie en PSD.
  • Ervaring met formulatie-ontwikkeling binnen een GMP-omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je combineert een kritische mindset met initiatief en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent flexibel en weet goed om te gaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je bent sterk in het interpreteren van resultaten en het helder rapporteren ervan.
