Manager Technical Services – voltijds – Puurs, BE.

Wij zoeken een ervaren people manager die de technische werking van onze productiesite in Puurs naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze sleutelpositie neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over maintenance, engineering en technische verbeterprojecten. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare, performante en compliant installaties en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operations director.

Jouw rol:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische betrouwbaarheid van de volledige site. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een sterke operationele aanwezigheid en bouwt verder aan een gestructureerde onderhoudsorganisatie met duidelijke prioriteiten, planning en verantwoordelijkheden.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Equipment reliability & maintenance

· Je verbetert OEE en vermindert ongeplande stilstanden vanuit technisch perspectief.

· Je bepaalt equipment criticality en stemt onderhoudsprioriteiten en wisselstukkenbeheer daarop af.

· Je leidt root cause analyses bij terugkerende storingen en grote technische incidenten.

· Je volgt KPI’s zoals MTTR en MTBF op en vertaalt trends naar concrete verbeteracties.

Preventief onderhoud & CMMS

· Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert het preventieve onderhoudsprogramma via het CMMS.

· Je zorgt voor correcte en gevalideerde onderhoudsschema’s voor kritische installaties.

· Je stemt onderhoud af op de productieplanning en bewaakt de backlog van GMP-gereguleerde apparatuur.

Engineering & investeringsprojecten

· Je beheert technische projecten van scope en URS tot installatie, kwalificatie en overdracht naar Operations.

· Je beheert het capexbudget en bewaakt timing, budget en businesscase.

· Je leidt IQ/OQ/PQ-trajecten en bouwt mee aan de roadmap voor vervanging, optimalisatie en verduurzaming van apparatuur.

TPM & continuous improvement

· Je geeft richting aan het TPM-programma en bouwt gepland en autonoom onderhoud verder uit.

· Je integreert technische medewerkers actief in de dagelijkse productieorganisatie en ondersteunt SMED-initiatieven.

· Je bouwt een gerichte verbeterpipeline uit op basis van Kaizen en meetbare technische doelstellingen.

GMP & kwaliteit

· Je garandeert dat onderhoud aan GMP-relevante apparatuur gecontroleerd en correct gedocumenteerd verloopt.

· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kalibratie, technische afwijkingen en tijdige opvolging van CAPA’s.

· Je werkt nauw samen met QA rond validatie, change control en audit readiness.

People management

· Je geeft leiding aan de supervisors en indirect aan de technische teams.

· Je creëert duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, shiftbezetting en escalatieafspraken.

· Je ontwikkelt technische competenties en bouwt aan een cultuur van ownership, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.

Wie zoeken we?

· Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een technische onderhoudsfunctie binnen een productieomgeving.

· Een diploma in een technische richting, bachelor of master, of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring.

· Ruime leidinggevende ervaring met verantwoordelijkheid voor maintenance en asset reliability.

· Sterke ervaring met CMMS-gebaseerd preventief onderhoud en onderhoud in een multi-shiftomgeving.

· Ervaring met het aansturen van interne technische teams en externe contractoren.

· Sterke ervaring met capex- en engineeringprojecten, van URS tot kwalificatie en ingebruikname.

· Ervaring met TPM, lean manufacturing en continuous improvement.

· Je bent vertrouwd met GMP, validatie, change control, kalibratie, CAPA en auditvereisten.
