Founder’s Office Intern

## Job Summary The Founder’s Office Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day execution of key initiatives alongside the founders. This position offers exposure to various areas, including product development, operations, go-to-market strategies, and the potential to grow into sales or marketing roles over time.

## Responsibilities - Work closely with founders on day-to-day execution and priority initiatives. - Support product, technology, sales, and marketing efforts as needed. - Analyze data, user feedback, and business metrics to support decision-making processes. - Help document processes, decks, and internal workflows. - Coordinate across teams to ensure project momentum and collaboration. - Gradually take on more responsibility in sales and marketing initiatives.

## Qualifications - Strong technical understanding to engage confidently with engineering teams. - Good business sense and curiosity about product development and sales processes. - Excellent communication skills and structured thinking abilities. - Comfort in switching contexts and the willingness to learn quickly. - Openness to explore opportunities in sales, marketing, or growth functions over time. - Educational background in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Exposure to startups, consulting, or product management roles. - Basic understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), B2B, or technology-led businesses. - Experience with data analysis, research, or presentation.

## Experience No minimum years of experience specified; relevant internships or projects in related fields will be valued.

## Environment This internship is based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The work environment is collaborative, encouraging cross-functional involvement and hands-on learning.
