Mattssons i Anderstorp söker nu en person till Teknisk Innesälj/Support. Här blir du en viktig del av ett engagerat team som arbetar nära både kunder och interna funktioner för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet, leveranssäkerhet och affärsutveckling.

Om rollen I rollen som Teknisk Innesälj/Support arbetar du i en kombinerad roll där teknisk rådgivning, innesälj och kundsupport går hand i hand. Du har daglig kontakt med kunder och arbetar aktivt med order, offerter, prognoser och leveransplanering.

Du fungerar som en viktig länk mellan kund, inköp och säljorganisation och arbetar med att hitta rätt lösningar för kundens behov. Rollen innebär också att bidra till merförsäljning och utveckling av affären genom att använda din tekniska förståelse och kunskap om Mattssons sortiment av fästelement och C-artiklar.

Arbetet innebär bland annat att:

  • Hantera order, offerter och kundförfrågningar
  • Ge teknisk support och rådgivning till kunder
  • Planera leveranser och arbeta med prognoser
  • Ha kontakt med leverantörer och göra enklare inköp
  • Säkerställa leveransprecision och hög kundnöjdhet
  • Arbeta aktivt med merförsäljning och affärsutveckling
  • Underhålla artikel- och kunddata i affärssystem

Du arbetar strukturerat med uppföljning och planering och samarbetar tätt med både inköp, logistik och sälj för att säkerställa ett effektivt flöde från offert till leverans. Arbetstiderna är dagtid kl. 8-17 måndag till fredag.

Din profil Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och affärsintresserad. Du trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor och där du får ta ansvar för både kundrelationer och interna processer. Du har ett tekniskt intresse och tycker om att sätta dig in i produkter, lösningar och kunders behov.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av kundsupport, innesälj eller orderhantering
  • Erfarenhet från industriell eller teknisk verksamhet
  • Tekniskt intresse och gärna kunskap om tekniska produkter
  • God system- och datorvana
  • Erfarenhet av affärssystem och Office-paketet

Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Som person är du serviceinriktad, självgående och strukturerad. Du har lätt för att samarbeta, prioritera och behålla fokus även när tempot är högt.
