We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the face of our Indianapolis office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every visitor, employee, and caller.

What You'll Do

As our Receptionist, you'll play a key role in supporting our branch operations by:

  • Greeting patients, visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting HR-related administrative tasks, including employment verifications and employee documentation.
  • Assisting branch leadership with administrative and operational projects.
  • Maintaining organized office records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinating office supplies, mail, and general office operations.
  • Partnering with clinical, operations, and HR teams to ensure a positive employee and client experience.
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and organized front office.

What Success Looks Like

Our Receptionists are expected to:

  • Create a positive first impression for every patient, employee, and visitor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
  • Operate independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Support the branch through efficient, organized administrative work.
  • Build positive relationships with teammates and contribute to a collaborative office culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator experience.
  • Healthcare administrative experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-service focused.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • ADP experience preferred.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Fully onsite in Indianapolis
