Lead the daily running of a WOK HEY outlet, from stir frying great food to managing your team. Career switchers are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily outlet operations so service stays smooth and on time
  • Plan staff rosters and manage manpower
  • Cook stir fry dishes to company standards (most of your day is hands-on cooking)
  • Order and manage stock from suppliers and keep wastage low
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly
  • Keep hygiene and cleanliness standards high

Hiring Location:

• Islandwide (depending on your area of residency)

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in F&B, retail or a supervisory role
  • Career switchers are welcome
  • Previous stir-fry experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Comfortable working in a hot, compact kitchen and standing for long hours
